Accelerated Webcam Miraflores Lock (Panama Canal) The Panama Canal is the more efficient way to go from the Pacific to the Atlantic and viceversa. Locks are there because water levels are DIFFERENT in each Ocean. They need to locks to go from one Ocean to the other.

I’m panamenian and i can tell, my country is not the best in the world but if you go to US you will find the same kind of people and same kind problem we have overhere, they are races but not all of them, like any other country as a little be of everything, as matter fact, the americans hate each other betwen black and white people, and them they call themselve UNITED STATE, FUCK THAT SHIT and we welcome all americans in panama, fell free to come and have fun.
I hate to tell you this YAHSNUM1, but the “little gold cup” was pretty damn dirty when I was there from ’92-’94…especially when you could smell it across the water from Ft. Sherman…

The problem with white coming to other peoples country,is their lack of respect for other people that are ” non American” and that too is a falsie since Latin Americans are also American.
